We are going to keep this short and informal coz your time is as valuable as ours. Too many recruiters and companies post job ads here coz they like to build a candidates database. Nothing against them, but it makes it hard for us guys who are trying to fill a few key positions on our team quickly.

There is a very cool project with some very cool people about to kick off in the next few days. We need a few strong Flash/Flex developers to be part of the team. The project will last a few months. You may need to travel and, needless to say, we will pay for it.

Please do not submit your resume or information if you do not have deep object oriented programming experience and really understand OOP concepts. We are also reluctant to consider developers who don't have a Computer Science or other engineering degree. Even though we respect Flash designers, we need real deep engineering chops for this project so - dear designers, please don't apply.

We will be screening initial responses on our blackberries so please attach your resume but definitely include the following information in the body of your e-mail (keep it short):

    - your name
    - are you available to start immediately? if not, when?
    - years of Flash/Flex development experience
    - verify that you have deep OOP experience by telling us OOP concepts you like and apply frequently
    - brief description of the 2 most recent Flash/Flex projects worked on... are they reference-able?
    - what you are doing now and why you are looking to leave
    - say some real geeky Flash/Flex stuff that makes us believe that you are worth your weight in Flash/Flex gold

Thank you for taking the time to respond. We appreciate it very much.
